OK im connected to the Box and Can FTP.

First Problem - When ive connected, i remove the EvoX CD from the Drive
and replace with my game Disc i want to "Backup" but FlashFXP still see the files for the EvoX disc.

I thoght this would be overcome with putting EvoX on the HDD.
So i renamed xboxdash.xbe to xboxdash.old and copied over the default.xbe to the hdd C drive and renamed to xboxdash.xbe

now after starting up, it just sits at the xbox screen and the mycrosoft logo doesnt appear, just site there.

Ive restored the files and it works OK.

So

A) Should i be able to swap t he disks over after booting from an EVOX disc.

B) What am i doing wrong when putting it on the HDD

Help!!!!

Ive read all the tutorials and think ive done everything ok.

Are you able to see the drive letters on your xbox? If so press refresh to refresh the page and get the new info also make sure your xbox is set to "not auto play"

Sorted.
I was using the latest Beta and that was the problem
I Downloaded the previous version and Loaded it on
my HDD and it worked a treat - ive even edited some menus!!!!

Not sure why the latest version didnt work - perhaps bios revisions.

Well i dont care cos im all connected and have backed up my first games!!
