I have an Xbox (with switch) ready for Xbox live but I have loaded that Evo-X dashbaord and some extra apps.
Can I just clone my m8 hard disk that has never been used with a chip. I could clone it use say Norton Ghost or Drive Image Pro. What do you people think?
If not does any one have a guide to re-formatting the HD on the Xbox.
thanx tom

well some say you cant use a different hd in a different xbox because everything is on the hd like serial other say it can be done.
but you cant use norton or what ever you have to open his xbox take out the hd put it in your xbox ftp al the files on the c: to your pc put back your had and overwrite everything and you have his files.
i think you both could log in to live because it your eprom that give's the info to m$.
but i dont really see the point of all this.
you could just remove evox it doesnt overwrite your original dash.
and you could even let it on your hd if you original dash is still xboxdash.xbe then turn of your chip and your save for live
