ok i finally got a crossover cable and it works i can ftp to xbox fine.
i can download from xbox hd at 10.3 mb/s.
but i can only upload at 192 k/s.
it doesnt go any higher than that.
i am using smartftp.
what settings should i have it on. its like there is a limit set but theres not i checked.

any help with this is greatly appreiciated.

Wel first what version dash are you using.
and second are you uploading from a cd. because that will make a big difference.

use the latest evoltutionx dash 3285.

im using that dash and im uploading from hard drive. but i tried flashfxp and i got like 4-5 mb/s . so i guess smart ftp just sux.

yes i use flash fxp aswel and sometime i get around 11mb/s and sometime 4-5mb/s so it depends on the file's to i think.

how are you getting so fast download speeds?

Ya, damn it. I am using latest flashftp and latest evox. I can only rip from XBox DVD to PC HD at 1.6 mb/s, using crossover cable.

xbox dvd to pc hd is alot slower than xbox hd to pc hd

im afraid youll just have to figure it out yourself, there are plenty of tutotrials that tell you exactly what to do and you just dont seem to get it.
