i got a cannon mv500i dv cam but never got driver disc
so can't install the thing.
try phoning cannon and they said they couldn't help me.
also tryed dixons currys and no joy there ether.
as ne1 got the drivers for this camcorder.i would be very greatful
if someone can help me here.

Question: isnt that camcorder supposed to have firewire? Because if it does you dont need drivers nor any drivers exist that i know of.

Just plug the 1394 cable to the cam and the pc will request for windows disks not the camcorder or so.
