i,m trying to patch psx syphon filter ntsc, downloaded patch, comprises txt, blk, & .exe how do i apply it to cdr image; i,ve only ever used ppf patches, sorry if this question has been asked before but i would appreciate any help

There should be directions in the *.txt file. Its basically a patch that is done in a MS-DOS window. But I've forgotten how to work them. But like I said, there should be directions in the *.txt file.
