Does any1 know how i can get hold of the URL for all (or a questionalbe amount) of the websites within a certain area , like say the whole of southampton ? , ok hacking the ISP is outta the question , but can any1 point me to the right direction to get hold of this information , i mean , as most people who register thier domains are thru the ISP and that they will register thier addresses, is there any1 else that might have access to this info ?

Don't think its possible. Websites are registered by ISPs which are usually located in only a few places around the UK and rest of the world. The only way to find URLs from a certain area would be if the ISP gave you the details. This will never happen as there are so many ISPs out there and most importantly it would break the data protection act.
Your best bet is to use a search engine and put the name of the place (southampton?) in and use the results from that.

I can't see a valid reason for wanting this information. There's no need to know the IP addresses of servers in your area unless you're a hacker. If so go elsewhere, you're not welcome here.
