View Full Version : Other Than CDRWIN What Prog Can Burn In Mod2/XA??

kyle5077 Jan 05, 2003, 05:57 PM MAby some of u looked in the Open TO all topics forum latly but my new cdrw aint being read by cdrwin :( I just no-mod patched soul reaver 2 and want to burn it but know it must be burnt in mode2/xa. What prog can burn an ISO in Mode2/XA other than cdrwin? I tryed loading up the iso in Nero but the selection box is gryed out where it would let me change it from mode1. Thanks. Both are very good. Fantom CD does have more options though... Please tell us what settings you use. Jusy telling us you use nero is not helpful. At Goldenhawks download page, download the dos version of cdrwin. Unzip. use the iso2raw program with the /mode2 and /postgap settings. Be sure to name your image using nero's nrg extension. Burn it thru Nero and it should work. It did for me! I hate the extra step, but its worth it... fk1team Jan 08, 2003, 05:47 AM to burn using nero: choose 'burn image' from file menu navigate to folder where iso is (make sure and select 'show all files' when navigating otherwise you will only see default nero isos (.nrg)) select the iso -> next choose mode2 from pull down - leave other settings alone then burn!! drankakeg Jan 08, 2003, 07:41 AM WHAT VERSION OF NERO ARE YOU USING. i GOT 5.5.9.0 wHEN I pick burn image I can pick the iso and then it brings up a write window with four tabs: info, foreign image, misc, burn. under foreign image would be where you pick mode two but you cant make anychoices. Like I said under the foreign image tab would be the option to cange to mode two but it is all greyed out. did you use the wizard? Where exactly was the choice to make it mode 2? what version of nero are you using? I have 5.5.9.0. Maybe we have 2 dif versions thats why it is not working |
