yeah i have been trying to copy some of my copied games and it well copy the game but it will skip the music they are protected games the original copies are patched. what should i do??

Have you tried using cloneCD?

What do you mean 'skips the music'? Are you only having problems with the copies you're making, or do your old copies also have this problem? Also, what type of mod do you have (chip, disc, plug)? If the copies are patched, then there will be no need to patch them again.

what version psx? v.1001? Bec. that is what I have and the music is often VERY bad. I don't think it is the burns, tho. think it is the crappy psx1001 laser. I'm going to sell my 1001 and get a higher version and see if that helps.

music skip, i see two reasons why.

-burn at a high speed or
-you have a low quality CD-R

i have high quality CD-R and i copy SFEX2P and it plays PERFECT!!!

can i down load a psx boot disc off internet ?
