Does evo x work with evry modchip available ou there even the very old ones? or is there some that it doesn't work in? thanks

Every chip should support the evox dash m8 - as all chips let you boot unsigned code - which is what the evox dash is.

However - depending on which chip you have - you may not be able to perform certain functions - i.e HD swap, reset on eject trick.
