Having real problems now with TMPGEnc.

All I want to do is convert a film into DVD format so I can burn it on DVDr.

Everytime I try to covert into DVD standard, TMPGEnc gives me a load of errors - usually 'invalid pointer'.

I have tried XVID, DIVX, AVI and MPEG (VCD) - Yet all give the same errors.

I have also tried a number of different versions of TMPGEnc - all giving similiar results.

It is only converting to DVD that I have a problem - VCD and SVCD work fine.

Can anyone shed any light on this grim situation?

If it happens for all different files then it sounds like an error in TMPGEnc, so try conntecting them, giving as much info as possible and perhaps they can find a solution.

Well I figure it out, I thought I post so if anyone else have this problem and do a search, hopefully they can solve this easily.

In tmpegenc, go to option, enviromtental setting, vfapia plug in and increase the priority so everything balance out at zero.
