It has to be bach 02. I have some 03 and they only allow to burn at 1x MR2-UK Jan 12, 2003, 09:53 AM If it's the official 1.40 you might have to go back to something else then upgrade to the hacked 1.40. Look here http://www.firmwares.co.uk/ there should be something to help you. kzeitler Jan 12, 2003, 02:55 PM they burn fine at 2x in my duplicator just not on my computer. i used verbatim on this drive and they burn great at 2x whizzersmith Jan 12, 2003, 06:23 PM I agree with anton.bothe as i just got some more trax data (purple)and they have 02 as the batch code and dont like burning at 2x :( newdurango Jan 13, 2003, 10:29 AM I have been having the same problem. The number printed on the center of the disk is H032991131811. What batch is this? Does it tell you what speed in that number as well? cyanideg33 Jan 16, 2003, 06:19 PM you guys should check the actual lead in data on the DVD's using: ADVDinfo pick it up anywhere on the web, It's freeware. it will tell you what brand discs they are. Those Riteks you think you have may actually be leadtek, not Ritek. CDDVDRmedia.com, and meritline.com have been pulling this scam for a while!!!
