I put xblive on my xbox and when I boot it up, it goes striaght into the msdashboard. I've looked on xbox-scene and all of the guides are useless because FTP doesn't work and I can't back up any of my files anyways.

If nobody can help me with this can somebody tell me what files you put into iso and xiso programmes to burn onto a cd. Do you need to use both of them?
I tried looking on xbox-scene again but after I burned the image nothing happened then I burned evo on after and stillno luck.

do not boot xbox live wit a chip.. it will kill your box

you wanna put evox on cd, boot up with the cd in then connect with ftp and put evox on your hard drive.

if evox isn't already in an iso use xiso to make and iso then brun it. xiso is very simple to use

i've tried that but it didn't work. i have got mp3's to work on my xbox with my cdrw but nothing else. I've tried to write and burn image with nero but it didn't work.

get one of your cdrw's which worked with mp3s on, do a full erase and try again.

open the drive and start your xobx, put the cd in and close while the screen is on what says xbox, try a few times if it does not work first!!

I tried erasing and put the cd in a curtain time but it still doesn't recognise the cd.
