Is there a setting for storing the image so that you can burn more than 1 copy or must each copy be made seperately READ/ WRITE?

well, after you make the first copy successfully you could use that disc and create a image file using record max. you would use pretty much the same technique to build the image that you use to backup ps2 games. the dvdr backup should be free of the copy protection so i dont see a problem burning it from the image you created.

ah thats what I was wondering. I thought that the copy protection was copied over from the original as with Clone CD is this not the case?

B17bomber,

Isn't there some form of copy protection on the DVD-R that there program creates?

i dont think so but i havent tried to copy a disc after using dvdxcopy. i am able to copy all other backups that i make using spruce, maestro, ect. come to think of it i read that someone would cut and paste the vob files that are created with dvdxcopy so that they could use them later when it asks you to burn with nero (instead of burning at that time).

Before you click to burn the disc in DXC, just copy the Audio and Video_Ts folders out of the DXC Temp folder to where ever you want to.

Then burn those folders using either Nero or RecordNow Max. I use the latter.

Also, get rid of the 321 studios warning disclaimer by editing the vobs and removing the one that is for the warning.

Also, yes after the disc is burned, you can just do a disc to disc copy. Just did one last night.

Copy protection is removed.
