hi can anyone tell me will the

DATAWRITE CLASSIC branded matt grey-topped (Generation 3) 4.7GB DVD-R in Tubs of 25

from svp will these burn at 2x on a pioneer 105drive?
are they any good for movies?

got some yesterday at the local computer fair £20 for 25 burnt fine at 2x on 105 firmware 1.00, tried on 3 standalone dvd players - p&b, mico 3000 and a panasonic played fine on all three

i got some today from svp and ive had mixed results now, the first few i burned were fine, but now im getting some coasters.

yeah, its just ive just ordered a pioneer 105 drive along with 25 of the datawrite classics. im just wondering if they will be ok for copying movies at 2x

well im burning the one that failed using a different method, if it works ill let you know, then it was probs my fault.


right, looks like it was me making a tit of it, as it worked this time.

ive been using datasafe classics for a while now and i think they are excellent
not a single coaster so far
