I can't get a good way to Sync my Subtitles in Scenarist using SubRip (This only applies to R1 Negotiator) I can get it to sync on all other movies. However this one is the stupid Warner Brother DVD, where they put the logo and all sorts of other "goodies" on the same VOB.

I recreated all 8 PGCs without a problem, sync the audio, got chapters correct etc, by using combo of BeSlice/Dummy ac3 and ac3 corrector etc. (I like keeping everything if I can on a DVD, if it does not effect overall quality)

Only problem is I can't get the damn Subs to sync, because if I extract the Subtitles in SubRip, (since it has the warner logo displaying before) it thinkis the whole stream is longer so the subs are delayed.

I am sure I'd probably solve it by the time I read other forums, and reading like 100+posts on related topics.

Hope someone can provide a fast correction, and simple walkthrough on SubRip and how to correct the time.

I know Subrip has the time thing, but I dunno what time to put in.
