i dont think you can share the outlook express account across 2 computers...

you can however set up the pop account on both outlooks and just download them from either one when necessary...

Sharing Outlook Express on 2 machines should be possible.... it doesn't matter from what location you attempt to access your mail.
Carefully check (or compare) your settings again...

However you need to keep this in mind: When using a POP account, after connecting to the mailserver, your mail is stored locally on your computer and removed from the mailserver.
This means that when you log in through another computer afterwards, you will find the mailbox empty. (there is no mail left to download, because you stored it onto the first computer already, remember?) :D
Be very aware of what you are doing when you decide to use POP with two machines, because your mail will get scattered over 2 machines, which in time can get very confusing and annoying.

If you do not want this, set up Outlook to approach the mailserver for webmail-based mail. The mail messages then will be copied instead of downloaded from the mailserver.

You may want to investigate IMAP email facilities (if you have these available to you). This will allow you to centre the organisation of email on the server rather than whichever local system you decide to check the email on.
