First you needs to install a modchip in your psx OR buy a psx boot disc from here http://www.gamegizmo.com/products.php?sysID=1&catID=1&pID=10
I would recommand you buy the psx boot disc cause you won't needs to install it. Then you can download the psx game from the internet site, newsgroup, or ftp. It against the rule to post the link here. Try to search on this forum on how to use newsgroup. Or you can go to blockbuster and rent a game and than copy it. But some games are protected. So you needs a good burner to burn protected games. Yes you can use Nero to backup your psx game. But I don't know how to use nero. Try to search on this forum for the direction to burn psx with nero.

there's a nero walkthru in the faq somewhere, but you'd be better off with other proggies for psx burning, they contain (at least ) errors, and else copy protections. try clone, alcohol, cdrwin (my favourite, because of the patching capabilities), and most important a good cdwriter, which you should use as reader too. try plextor, lite-on or yamaha, in that order.

download links for the proggies:
