hi guys, new to the world of audio cd burning so bear with me.
I have burned 4 cd's now and each 1 has a severe skip in 1st 10 seconds of the 1st song on each cd. I have a liteon 48x12x48x cd-rw with win. 98,and i use nero for burning. other then the skip at the start the rest of cd plays fine. any ideas on whats cusing the skip? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried burning as lower speeds. Personally I never burn audio at more than 4X to ensure maximum compatibility with a wider variety of players. Also, try a different burning software to see if the problem persists.
