It's there bud, downloaded it this morning. Go to www.liteonit.com/ and then check out the firmware under the downloads section.

But going by their statement and what OC-Freak said over at the Cdfreaks site the only reason it should be used is for the opening tray issue mainly with certain Abit mobos, for which they also issued a BIOS upgrade some time ago.
