Ok Im not a great games player (dont use the PC for games at all really) but would like to be able to run my N64 emulator at a decent speed !

Im currently speccing up a new system and Im puzzled over the motherboard side of things. For a bog standard ECS board with 2D/3D gfx, LAN, AC97 audio codec on board it looking at £29.99. For an Asus with "Geforce2 on board gfx" its £46. Would I experience "better" / faster gfx on my N64 emulator/overall games-wise using the Asus board ?

Just want to know if its worth the extra £15 + VAT or whether I should put that towards a faster CPU or more memory !

Cheers !

hi there i would had thought for the basic type it might be ok
but the graffic card might not be up to standard at all
i would go for if i was you the 46pound upgrade as the Geforce2
is a very good card and the speed should be fine for the n64
end of the day its up to you m8 but i would shell out that little bit
more cash for a better card
