Hi all,

I have a backup of 007 night fire, it is in colour it says to press start then says loading and wont go any further ( Just freezes ) The chap who sent me the backup has told me that i need the pal ntsc selector to sort it out. Ive downloaded about three different versions unrarred them and i then get a rar of just over 6 meg but when i go to unrar it it tells me its courrupt. What am i doing wrong surley all three cant be knackered. Thanks for your help

not sure m8, i had the same problem with nightfire, the video mode selector worked fine for me, u tried a diffrent site for your downloads? have a look through the iso folder. Maybe u are using an old version of winrar?

where do i down load the program from .... and do i have to down load it on to cd-rw

One of your rar files is corrupt

yep you could be using an older version of winrar than the one the file was created with in the first place, do you know what version you are using, try and get the latest one version 3.11.

when you say you unrar the videomode cd m8, you end up with a rar of about 6meg, well if you got the videomode version 2 then the unrared file is actually an iso file and not a rar, i thought the same as it has got the winrar icon, but they are actually iso files, its the same with my games, my iso files have winrar icons do you get an error saying its an unknown format or damaged when you try unrar it.

So get the videomode selector again, unrar it, then burn the iso to a cd-rw
