Help please guys.
Obviously one is a retail and comes with bits and bobs and the other is just basic stuff.
My newbie stupid question is:What are the extra bits you get and are they worth the extra money?????????????
Bear in mind i am a complete newbie creature and if it's thing like instructions ,drivers etc,i may need them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Explain to me please in a simple language.

Most likely not. You can pretty much find most of the software you need.

Most of it is free:

Smartripper/DVDDecrypter (Free)
Ifoedit (Free)
Prassi/Recordnow MAX (Easy to find)
Rempeg (Free)

you should be fine.

Mine came with
Adaptec dvd edition
Sonic MY DVD
1 dvdr
1dvdrw
Haven't used any of it
As long as you have Prassi then you're fine, its only a 3Mb download if you look in the right place
