Help!

I've been having trouble with my CD-RW tray not opening after I use the drive. It opens when I first turn on the computer but then locks-up after use. However, the drive still reads and writes, I just have to restart the computer or manually open the tray to remove the disc. I have not upgraded or changed anything on my system. :confused:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
