im having problems with TMPGEnc im trying to convert ani files to mpg so i can play them with my dvd player. its seems that when convert the avi to mpg file its more than 700mb, which doesnt seem right cause i set the template at VCD Ntsc cd which is a normal cd......??? any help would be great

I think, and somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, if your making a standard VCD then the most you can fit on an 80min cd is an 80mins (playing time) movie. To get more on you'll have to change the bitrate and I'm not sure how to do that with tmpgenc as it's greyed out in the standard template. Also when writing a VCD the file system is different from writing a data disk so you can fit about 800mb of vcd movie on a cd.

oh so when burning the movie it goes by time not size?
