lately - my printer is grabbing the paper "crooked"

i looked at it closer, and cleaned the rollers and stuff

however - is still grabs things crooked. it can very by about 1/8" (or more) from the top of the paper to the bottom.

trying to print out address lables for the wife - and they aint looking to great

is there anything i can do to remedy this? (apart from buying new)

the printer is about 2 years old

any thoughts would be great

thanks

I had a z-32 & bought a z-12 for a family member, nice little printers but pretty much the disposable variety. The cost of replacing the ink cartridge was 80% of the price of a new printer so I retired them.

I had the same problem with crooked paper, check the paper width guide on the paper tray, it's not very visible to the casual glance and can move slightly, make sure it's tight up against the paper.

To improve the print quality go into the lexmark printer tools and use the 'clean printhead' option. Also you can alter the quality settings.
It's a basic colour letter printer but not all that brilliant for anything that requires fine detail.
