A friend of mime as problem with the pdf files. She can see and read them fine, but she can' t print them. When priting, she gets small squares. Other documents work fine, only on pdf that she has problems. Does anybody know what to do? Thanks.

Is she trying to print online? That sometimes happen if she is. Try saving the .pdf files to the hard drive first then open and print.
