Has anyone used them and if so are they any good ?
I know they can be cheap but what is there delivery times and customer care like ?

I bought the very first Mico DVD player from there ages ago, they got it sent out fast and when it packed up after 10 months I got the cash back for it, no problem.

Good company in my experience.

Used them several times with no problems, even got a refund for a missing item they mistakingly sent standard post that I never got:D

thanx for the info, that's put my mind at rest a bit as i had heard they don't send stuff out very quick. i will def get the Micro DVD System that i was looking at which is £50 cheaper than richer sounds ( if it's cheap at richer sounds they never have it in stock anyway )

i bought a panasonic 32 inch tv from them and it was delivered within the week, and yes they do have some great deals at times.
