Lazza m8 upto a couple of weeks ago I would of agreed entirely but my last two orders with them have been hell,spent about £1300 on these two orders for system components to build a couple of base units,paid next day delivery and the orders,after me checking all stock available,came through incomplete. Can't get answers using there poxy enote system and the customer support telephone is a joke waited on three seperate occassions fromn position 17,15 and 13 got down to pos 2 and then got cut off Facking joke.

I'm trying www.pcnextday.co.uk out with a simple order,they are boasting next day delivery if ordered prior to 6.00pm for I think it was £3.95,have to wait and see. Not as cheap as ebuyer though :(

I share your pain, 9 times out of 10 they are fantastic. But the 10th time they are hell!!! :mad: I've not had too many orders go bad with them of late to be fair, but like you say price wise there is nobody out there that can touch them! Nobody! Jungle & Dabs don't even begin to compete for an all round service when all aspects (postage etc) are considered.

I hope they get over the few problems they seem to have been having ever since they moved a few months back, returns are a pain in the @rse with them too as you say.

I just wish they had a major competitor that could offer a similar service, I've looked and not found one. :( Though I will offer nothing but my total praise for www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk/ when they do compete on price for some items.

Sorry drd1973 for jumping in on this thread but justed wanted to report back on PCNextday, as promised the delivery arrived here this morning @ 9.30am. Not bad for an order placed yesterday mid afternoon.:)
