I was using the old fashioned knife method and my ps2 stopped functioning. Where would be the best and cheapest place to send my ps2 to get fixed and then have a new chip put in, the one that boots dvd-rs without swapping. I want to kill two birds with one stone. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
