One of my friend had 3 bad experience with scan.co.uk , just wondering if anyone else ? as we are thinking of using them as their prices seem fair, but 3 screw ups with 3 orders seem a lot for a major supplier.

been ok with me, bought a few things off them. had some dodgy ram but they replaced it no problem :)

I suppose I've brought somewhere in the region of 200 items from them. 1 Item I wanted to return (my fault wrong order) was a mare as their phone lines are always busy. But to their credit they always deliver next day if ordered early enough and the deal of the day page is always good for a bargain.
On the whole I'd say they are tip top.
