It's a tutorial on formatting drive 'F' on your XBOX original Hard Drive.

Having a problem with it. Everything goes ok - I change the .ini, reboot, select format 'F', confirm it and then reboot.

However, instead of the 2gb I should be now seeing I still have '0' space free on drive F.

What am I doing wrong?

what HD type do you have.
i think only original seagates are able to use the 2gb in the F drive as they are 10 gig drives and the western digitals are only 8gig so there is no space available for the F:\ partition

Yeah you have the western difital, mine is the 8 gig western digital and i to have o in the f drive, sucks.

just buy a bigger hard drive!!!!!!!
