Hi

I use ifoedit guide and use rempeg if the m2v file is big,and vobedit to ectract subtitles in english -x20.
In both cases when playing the movie the subt. and movie are not synced.
there are sometimes 15-20 seconds gap between picture and subt.
most of the times subt. precedes picture.
Any idea what I am doing wrong or not doing at all.

there is maestro guide that works with subs. ifoedit and subs are hit and miss. maestro works but is much more complicated to use and the procedures for subs more time consuming. use dvd2one and you will have no problems with subs, but you will also have no menu or extras. you can also use dvdxcopy but i dont like splitting the movie up if it is over 4.38 gigs
