View Full Version : Error Making Image With RecordNow

ThaHouse Feb 22, 2003, 04:04 PM I wanne make an image from "Medal Of Honour; FrontLine" but it gives me this error at 92% PX Engine Error (Command:28 Sense:03 ASC:11 ASCQ:05) reading from the disk Could it be a Filthy or damaged dvd-rom ? please sort me out xxxStealthxxx Feb 22, 2003, 05:42 PM Use another burning program like clonecd or nero etc................... buckbuster Feb 22, 2003, 06:12 PM make sure you follow the tutorial by PSX_Paul.... cdrbase forum.....works great!!! keep the speeds to 1xor min..and COPY THE IMAGE TO THE HARD DRIVE FIRST!!!!! I burnt my copy of Medal of Honor:Frontline, and it works fine.. used RecordNow Max V.4.5,a Cendyne DVD-RW ( Pioneer in a Cendyne box) and Ritek DVD-R disc clonecd is for cdr games,and Nero isn't worth the effort,I could never get it to do it... RecordNow Max or PrassiPrimo DVD are the ones to use for DVD games Jenny Lorenz Feb 23, 2003, 12:47 AM try here. Also tryed with ISOBUSTER and the same error there, he says he couldn't read several blocks. Shall try to make an image with Prassi now, if that doesn't work then i think i have a damaged dvd game. Maybe W98 - if so your problem is that your file system is FAT32 and it can't handle one file being bigger than 4GB - so it fails at last minute when image size reaches 4GB. If so - u need to get PX engine update or use NTFS on a partition or upgrade OS? or maybe disk is damaged? ThaHouse Feb 28, 2003, 01:48 PM I tryed all m8's.. i rented MOH Frontline else where also could it be it is copy protected ? also tryed to rip with another DVD-Rom drive always the same error I am an WinXp so that's no prob m8. I can copy the disk in explorer yes, i burned it... but it does not work maybe i can make an ISO of it with Dvd decrypter.. dunno Please any help is welcome am goin to try alcohol 120 now btw isn't this only for CD burning... i want it to copy to DVD ps2daddy Feb 28, 2003, 01:53 PM Its not protected I think original dvd-rs that you got were dirty or scratched I ummmmm borrowed the game and copied it with no problems at all ThaHouse Feb 28, 2003, 02:39 PM Very Strange.. rented it in 2 different stores !!! both the same Error code rubberman Feb 28, 2003, 03:35 PM Latley PrimoDVD has been giving me errors. I can can read it but when i go into burn the GI then throws back an errror. Even if i do disccopy. BUT i switch over to STOMP then everything works fine. BritishPimp Feb 28, 2003, 03:36 PM im getting kinda the same problem with nascar thunder on record max px engine error (command:28 sense:08 asc:00 ascq:00) reading from the disc the dick isnt scracthed or anything i updated the px engine and same problem i even tryed with nero and it still wont read it could it have been a bad burn?
