I have been trying to backup "the shield" "Oz" and "the sopranos" with no success using DVD X Copy..... I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I know it has to do with the chapters. I have no problems with regular movies.

I too am having issues with the shield - it does not recognize the sizes correctly. Does anyone have any ideas?

use instantcopy 7. you may have to adjust settings for multi episode dvds but it works fine. used it on highlander the series and several of the star trek deep space nine dvds and they look fine. i have had problems using dvdxcopy on regular movies so i stopped using it. dvd2one also lets you do full backups but i find it lousy at doing dvds that are 7-8 gigs. maybe when they update it so you can choose to get rid of some language tracks like you can do in movie only mode will it worth using the full option.
