I see a lot of complaining but I'm very happy with it! I just rip with smartripper and then just let Instant Copy do its' thing! Surely there are others out there who are happy with it. I've done about 8 perfect backups so far.

I used it for the first time last night. Great stuff.
Perfect fit on the dvd, quality pretty good too.

I hope you actually paid for it then.
