Every time someone sends me an email I get 2 of them. If I delete one the other one becomes deleted. I have had this problem for awhile, its starting to get really annoying. Anyone know how to fix this?

I linked my MSN Hotmail to Ouytlook 6 and the messeges appear twice, sometimes, but only on the hotmail section

Had that going on... very irritating.
I still have no clue why this happened, but eventually i reinstalled Outlook, that solved things.

How do I reinstall Outlook> I thought it was imbedded in Windows?

it seems to do this to me as well if the whole message hasn't fully downloaded!

if this is when it's happening just let the message completely download and then try to view it, it worked for me :)

Mine has fully downloaded, because if I wait awhile they both still are there. I have to actually click on one for the other one to be deleted.

I would imagine it has to be a setup issue. What kind of mail account is it i.e POP3 / hotmail ? Have you checked the properties within Outlook to make sure there aren't duplicate accounts setup ?

With regard to re-installing, Outlook is part of the Office suite of progs.

This thread is about Outlook Express. I have the same problem, on Hotmail, on 98 & ME.
