orangemonsters Mar 05, 2003, 10:49 AM Are you willing to drop the price ?
mp3g Mar 05, 2003, 01:09 PM got me an offer from orangemonsters!! 100 pound, that should be 10 pound for 1000 discs minus what the post wants :-)) think itīs enough that i got a bad paid work
orangemonsters Mar 05, 2003, 01:50 PM mp3g, I was not offering you Ģ100 for it, I was just saying thats the sort of figure people would be intrested in , you will get no one willing to part with Ģ235 for a 80gig hdd
mp3g Mar 05, 2003, 02:11 PM no the price of the disc is what i have to pay.. i hope someone will pay 0.26 pounds/disc no need to do anything search download spending hours to name files everything is already done
daplaya Mar 05, 2003, 02:26 PM well i dont think he is being unreasonable, if he put it in an external caddy worth Ģ57 he should be able to get Ģ500 for it...
CEEJAY want Ģ350 just for 120gig of mp3+g files without the drive...
stevebicks Mar 05, 2003, 02:35 PM mp3g, m8
just for information sake how many tracks does that equate to, by my reckoning it should be around 15,000 tracks, which for the price isn't a bad deal m8, it would cost u that much to buy just the mp3gs off most of the traders on here.
wish you'd offered it a couple of months ago lol
steve
orangemonsters Mar 05, 2003, 02:44 PM I wish i never said any thing now, and hope he sells it
CEEJAY Mar 05, 2003, 02:47 PM Well i am glad to see that someone has put his mathamatical brain into gear !,and realised that i am simply charging the going rate for files that people are already paying for on this forum !.
( and yes you are about right 15,000 tracks is about the figure when i last looked ! ) together with 3 gbs of covers & disc scans
So Daplaya you think i am going to give away 13 months of converting files for next to nothing then !!.
I think not !, and anyone on here who has had to do the same would'nt either !.
We could all go and buy our sets on cdrs from dealers and then drag and drop them onto a Hard Drive , thats easy !, but try converting every disc yourself , name most of the discs / tracks on them .and then come back to me and say that is'nt worth the money !

CEEJAY Mar 05, 2003, 03:30 PM Yep ,your right Daplaya, i'm not such a serious guy either, i just wish this technology was around when i was starting up ! (says he with a garage full of vynl !!, l o l )
