Thought i'd start this thread as we tend to hear only about BAD experiences from suppliers we all use, as is in one or two earlier threads.

I think we need these threads to warn us of any problems with suppliers to make us think twice about using them.

So could you please reply here with good experiences with suppliers, especially, after sales service, RMA issues, Delivery times refiunds etc................................

Who have you found to be the best ?

PCNextday,although not as cheap as Ebuyer they have impressed me so far with their delivery service. If ordered prior to 6.00pm they will deliver next day. I have only ordered three times from them and have not had cause to return or request customer services at all. All orders I have received have been really well packed almost to the point of overkill but at least you should'nt receive any 'damaged in transit' issues.
