I would have to say the Toshiba SD220E takes some serious beating.

I Have a Toshiba SD220E and im seriously thinking of getting rid of it,most of the multis doing the rounds,disney,007 etc it does'nt play.The bottom half is green & the top half of the picture is all 'snowy'

i have a toshiba sd3800 that is a excellent player with tons of features and a magnavox mdv450 that is a basic dvd player with limited features. both play everything i put in them. of course if it is a crappy generic dvdr they skip but i use white top princos on both players and my ps2 and they never skip. maybe it is the media you are using. what brand are you using and how fast do you burn.

b17bomber i use Ritek GO3 or GO4 dye, (The Best!)its not the media its the Toshiba 220E it does'nt like some multis.........look in other forums there are other Toshiba 220E owners moaning about this too,other than that its a brilliant player
