I am looking to be a hard disk cooler so that i can control the fan speeds in my computer because it is so loud. I wouldnt mind a LCD display witht he temps on it either. I was just wondering what everybody prefers. For example the HardCano 7. How good is? Does it have agood fan cotrol? Just give me your input on what yout hink is best. thanks.

You also need to specify your question in more details, as a hard disk cooler does not help to control the noise in your computer.
