I was wondering what the best heat sink fan is to buy? for on top of the CPU. I was looking at this one: http://www.thermaltake.com/products/venus/venus7.htm but I looked where i could buy it online and didnt see a store that would carry that one. All i want is a completely silent one.

It also says this:
----------------------------------------
|Noise |33 dBA at 3000 RPM|
| |42 dBA at 5500 RPM|
----------------------------------------
What is the highest dBA that a human cant hear. Is it something like 28,29,30,31,32 (getting higher)...... dBA that a human cant hear? COuld anybody please let me know on this. I just want it absolulty quiet and i would also like to know about what noise level to look for so that i cant here it. thank you very much!

I had a thermaltake and my sysyem was so cool :)

However it sounded my an aircraft engine in my room:( I just upgraded to the Zilmar Flower... so silent it was the first time I heard my harddrive - really it was that bad... in the end it was a little bit more hot runs about 40 degrees now but have these thing are meant to run up to 60 I much more happy now.

EDIT I didnt say I'm running a athlonXP 2600 which is near the top of the range should be ok for higher though...
