This is my current Mobo.

I was wondering if my processor can be changed and upgraded or is it stuck permenantly to the board.

It appears so (from what I'm looking at on the anandtech page). It's a standard Socket-370 Interface which means a standard 370 chip will fit under a 150 bus speed.
