Hello, i am having some unusual video problems in this game. I went to the support site on splinter cell.com; someone was having a similar problem. They said if you turn off your antialiasing that this will correct the problem. Well actually this improved the game quite a bit but unfortunately did not correct the problem. The problem is i have textures that seem to be glowing and tearing it is really strange. Anyone have a similar problem? Any help would be appreciated :)

Thanks

What gfx card have you got?
Driver version? (Particularily helpful if you have an nVidia card)
Direct-X version?

the 41.09 are not WHQL certified and arent really for the G3 series go back to earlier certified drivers should solve your problem.

I have the Geforce 3 Ti200 in one of my machines and for me the 30.82 drivers work better than later drivers.

also the detonator drivers like 41.09 are not sufficently removed thru the add/remove program and you shouldnt try just installing another driver over them. what you need is a program like "Det Destroyer" or "nasty file remover" you can find them at www.majorgeeks.com
