Hey guys, I found this question on another forum. It matches my own problem and I didn't feel like retyping it, so here goes.
"Hi, i just got the 5 cd version. it seemed to me that it came from DVD 9 version. when i loaded the first disc..there was no setup file available. i had to use Winace to rip it into my harddrive. later i follow the guide provided... i went into the ripped directory, there is 2 MGS2.exe and 1 setup + 1 config, i tried to run the setup..one screen appeared with 2 options one to let me install and another one exit. i press install and nothing happened. After that I ran MGS2SConfig.exe and the same screen appears, I pressed MGS2SSetup.exe and nothing happend. run MGS2.exe instead and it load up like the real PS2 game with all the options available... but none to config any settings... and the key layout is weird. does anybody knows how to fix this??? help..."
That is pretty much it. Basically it won't let me configure nothing at all. It appears to be at a 640x480 setting for default. I would appreciate any help, thanks.
