what you mean, how to burn an image file with nero?
don't really get the Q.
anyway you can burn pretty much every image file with nero, click on "burn image", change to open all types or, if you know the extension of the image, change to that extension, and burn away.
there's no point in changing image files, they are compatible with almost every prog
