Yes I know cdrwin and clonecd are programs that can create cue files, but they can only create cue files by ripping it from a cd, and that I don't need.

CDRWin will show the type and number of tracks on any cd.

No I need to know how many tracks are on the psx iso I have, it's in my hardrive. Hell I even used CDmage and it couldn't create a cue file for it. It couldn't identify what type of file it is (although it's obviously a ripped bin file).

Does Easy CD Creator have something that can create cue files?

Load the iso into daemon tools so it becomes a virtual drive.
Use any burning software to analyse the virtual drive. Get daemon-tools from www.daemon-tools.com
