According to CyberDrive they are a division of Argus Electronics Co., LTD : http://www.cyberdrive.com.tw/N-2.htm and they make the drives themself.

Oh...my first guess would've been rebadged Lite-On. Funny how must stuff comes from Taiwan. (I just bought a HP notebook from their site, and when I checked the UPS tracker, it came from Taiwan. It even says Quanta computer on the bottom.
