I havent yet applied and burned it but i read the nfo file and it says the nomod is for the pal ps2. I have a US ntsc v1 system and was wondering if it works w/ it. thanks.

NTSC uses a SLUS file

PAL uses a SLES file

and they have more differences, so you need the NTSC version, but you can use it you make your own rip, find out what files to relink.

the patch should work, the front end interface is PAL (scrolly), but once you pick wildwild racing, it switches to NTSC. And its great stuff!

I patched the sc2 rip with the dvdrick nomod patch. I get to the menu and select wildwild racing, but after that it takes me to the Please insert psx or ps2 format disc screen. anybody know what's up with that?

I got it to come up in the image to be burned but once it was done and put into the PS2 it would not work... :( I'll stay with the rip.
