Ive tried following the tutorial on the scene.But im really lost.Do you have to have x streme set up so it`ll work? The xbmp is on my f part. but it doesnt do any thing .I think I need to config the xml file . ?

can you load to the xbmp screen? dont worry about x streme,editing the config.xml is a must, you have to tell it where your movies,music etc are i.e e:\movies
if you cant load xbmp you'll have to add a line in your evox.ini file

how do u view the xml?

locate the file, right click mouse button, then either select view or open with and choose notepad!

Download it to your hard drive, open notepad (or other word processor) and select the file.

I just go down to lanch menu ,then apps . xbmp will boot but it won`t do anything.I have the files on both F and e partitions.When I boot it ,it shows the player but there is no selections list or any thing? any help greatly appreciated.

i have to edit your ini file so its roots set to see the defalt xbe file for it
