Looking at purchasing a new video card. I'm thinking of taking my home movies and putting them either on svcd or dvd. What card is recommended. Input would be either s-video or rca jacks. I know plenty of cards have s-video out but does it also work as an input?

Also, I don't use my computer for games so I don't really need a new video card aside from making the movies. Are there any PCI plugins that would just allow for the inputing of video onto the computer?
